- Provide a landlord’s hands-free experience
Landlord Responsibilities:
- You will need to ensure that the property’s main features are in good condition. This includes the exterior/structure, the roof, and that the boiler and electrics are fully functional
- You will need to ensure that you have the correct corporate letting insurance in place for the use of the building.
- You will need to continue to look after your mortgage if you have one in place
- You will need to ensure that you have the correct safety and environmental certificates in place (Gas safety, electrical safety, EPC)
